Savory aromas of Bing cherry, strawberry preserves, and thyme evolve into a bountiful palate with flavors of blackberry, Saigon cinnamon, and toasted clove. The robust finish leaves behind notes of stonefruit, cocoa powder, and espresso. This unique blend makes the perfect pairing for proper homemade cottage pie topped with sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy now or cellar for the next decade for additional development.
A picturesque carriage house overlooks this small section of the rolling hillside vineyards on the Estate. The knoll below it features some Cabernet Sauvignon along with a small amount of Petit Verdot, and Zinfandel. The Cabernet Sauvignon contributes ample structure and earthy notes while the Petit Verdot delivers on the dark fruit and spices. The Zinfandel rounds the wine out with delectable fruit flavors and subtle spice notes. When combined together, these form a unique wine capable of pleasing many palates.
