Terrific aromas of Italian plum, Rainier cherry, and citrus blossom set the stage for flavors of boysenberry tart, black currant, and allspice. The subtle spices linger into the finish along with smooth tannins and notes of Blueberry, cocoa, and vanilla bean. Incredible balance and structure make this the perfect pairing for grilled pork chops with smoked paprika rub along with sweet potato wedges.
This picturesque vineyard was the dream turned reality for Craig and Maja Ramsey. Their dream is still alive and well under the new owners, currently living their dream, Edward and Caroline Thomas. Their beautiful ranch covers 170 acres, of which they have only 10 planted with vines, and 100% of it is Zinfandel. These sustainably farmed vineyards consistently produce fruit of the highest quantity, which we are happy to get our hands on year after year.
