Description

Wonderful aromas of fresh-baked cherry-filled puff pastry, white peppercorn, and toasted cedar chips set the stage for a sip dominant in flavors of black cherry cola, Mission fig, and vanilla bean. Silky tannins linger along with notes of wild raspberry, clove, and cinnamon. Vibrant fruit and subtle spicy tones make this an amazing pairing for pulled pork tacos or cherry Garcia brownies.
